By subscribing, you agree to the following:

+ Maintain accurate credit card information and a sufficient wallet balance to use features such as SMS, calls, and emails.

+ Charges related to premium features (e.g., SMS, calls, voicemail drops) will be automatically deducted from your wallet.

+ If wallet funds are depleted, premium features will pause until replenished.

+ All charges are final and non-refundable once applied.

A valid credit card is required to activate your Mashore Method account. Even if not charged immediately, it enables usage of premium services such as calls, SMS, and wallet-based features.

+ Dedicated Office Hours are available through your private Local Pro Community and are included in your subscription.

+ Advanced support or private technical assistance is available for an additional fee of $199.00 per hour.

++ The first hour or any portion thereof is billed as a full hour.

++ Payment must be made in advance before scheduling the support session.

+ Rescheduling of a support call must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

+ Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

+ If your account is canceled or terminated, access to Snapshots and stored assets will be revoked and non-transferrable.
